Terms of Service — FF Market

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FF Market and any purchase of a Free Fire account listed on the site. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. What FF Market Sells

FF Market lists pre-owned Free Fire game accounts and connects buyers with the seller over WhatsApp. Each listing describes the account (level, rank, Evo guns, bundles) to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to browse FF Market, and at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to place an order. You are responsible for confirming that account trading is permitted in your region.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are final at the time of order.
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp at +880 1308-697630.
Payment methods and delivery timing are agreed with the seller in that chat.
An account is reserved for you only after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery & Handover

After payment, the seller shares the account credentials over WhatsApp and walks you through changing the recovery email and password. Once the recovery details are changed and you confirm access, the handover is considered complete.

5. Refunds

If we cannot deliver the account for any reason, you receive a full refund.
Once the recovery email and password are transferred to you, the sale is final.
Disputes are resolved on WhatsApp in good faith; keep the chat history as your record.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Change the recovery email, password, and linked socials immediately after handover.
Do not share the account with third parties before securing it.
Follow Garena / Free Fire's own rules; FF Market is not responsible for account bans that result from prohibited in-game behavior after handover.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape the site, resell listings without permission, attempt to defraud other users, or use FF Market to launder funds. We may refuse service to anyone who abuses the platform.

8. Third Parties

Free Fire and Garena are trademarks of their respective owners. FF Market is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena.

9. Disclaimer

FF Market is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the marketplace or the accounts sold through it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of FF Market after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
